Upon full inspection that the item is still in GOOD condition and not used by the customer, we will issue a refund via LBC, BDO or BPI transfer.
We guarantee that we ship your order in good condition as we have quality inspection before our courier arrives to pick it up from our warehouse.
We can only refund the full amount you paid and not the shipping fee you have used to send back the item. Thank you for your kind understanding.
